Here is a gallery of some of our Kruger Park sunrises and sunsets that we, the authors of the Photographer's Guide to the Greater Kruger National Park, have captured on our many visits to the world-famous Kruger National Park.
Keep in mind that a sunrise or sunset image doesn't have to have the sun in the frame - the sun can be below the horizon, behind clouds, behind a tree or animal. Sometimes the hint of colour in the sky makes for a more impressive image than with the bright sun in the frame.
If you struggle to capture impressive sunrise and sunset images on your safaris then this eBook is for you! We have been visiting the Kruger Park for more than twenty years and finding the best spots for capturing the sunrise and sunset is not easy!
Many of the high viewpoints are bushy or are far away from the camps so you need to get creative with your sunrise and sunset photography! In this eBook we provide all our tips and techniques and show you how you can capture sunrise and sunset images not just from viewpoints, but from the camps and while on your game drives.
